Sujet: pc shuts down when connecting controller

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I bought a new pc, I installed vdj and djc just like on my old pc, when I try to open vdj when my dj controller is plugged in it shuts down every single time and then I get a message from windows that my pc has to start over again due to unknown troubles, anybody familliar with this problem? please help me

Sounds like a driver error.. .
Does windows give a blue screen?

Try remove the drivers, reinstall the drivers, and also try use a different usb port
 
ram issues?
what are ur specs?
