Hey all, I really wanna put an effects controller in conjunction with my pioneer ddj-sx. Is it possible to run virtual dj and abelton or other effects type software?

if you mean other misuc softwares,if they are rewire capable...yes.if you mean other effects other than the many available in downloads...yes..many plugins and vst's will work...if installed properly....

If you use REWIRE VDJ will always be the MASTER so you wont be able to use the other programs effects on VDJ. I think there is a way but I dont know it..........
