Hi, There is a pluggin named ''playlist fixer'' at your download area.I paid for a licence but never received the licence from the author.I sent him an email requesting the key but he didn't respond.I would like to ask if you know an alternative way to contact the author otherwise I don't see any reason for the specific plugin to exist on virtualdj web page

I believe that plugin is FREE for all PRO users like yourself.
Maybe you did not login and thats why you see the message about "cannot download etc...".
You need to login to your account and that's when you can download ANY plugins.

Apparently not. I've just installed it, and there is a register button in the main window. If you click it, it asks for a PayPal donation "to fix all your playlists with no limitation" along with an option to enter a license number.
On the authors own website www.jeremieleroy.com it also states "This tool requires a donation (any amount) for unlimited fixes" (although in the s/w itself, the PayPal option defaults to €6).

If donation is required for the full functionality of the plug-in, it should be mentioned on the download section of that plug-in.
