when I load a song on the deck sometime it says steam unavailable when I use the search bar when I am using my iTunes libery or content unlimited search. How do I add my iTunes libery to the virtual DJ database and the content unlimited.

Both should be automatic. Can you get to your iTunes library in VDJ by using the folders on the left?
Stream Unavailable - you will only get this if either you have no internet connection or the track you are trying to load is no longer available. This should only happen if you are using Netsearch (grey globe icon), these files are a bonus to your subscription and as such may be unavailable from time to time. Using the coloured globes should guarantee the content.

What do you mean by "on my mixer"? Are you using an external one? If so, what is it (make and model)?
