I've noticed that when I DJ lately, when I mix into the song loaded onto the right deck, the song on the right deck will dramatically speed up or slow down automatically and I have to change the pitch. Why is it doing this and how can I change my settings to stop it? Thanks!

This could be because you either have smart play and/or auto pitch matching turned on.
Smart play will automatically try to sync to the other deck when you press PLAY and the pitch will be adjusted appropriately to match, resulting in the song playing faster or slower as appropriate.
Auto pitch matching will automatically move the pitch slider to the appropriate position each time you load a new song, so that the BPM matches the playing song.
