Wondering if I need to update the driver pack on my RMX every time Hercules releases a new version, even if I am not having any problems.

No need if no problems ;)
If it aint broke no need for fixing ;)
New driver updates from XX brand can be minor things like compatibility with pc XX .. or in some cases say windows 8.1 compatibility.
Can always check their change log to see if it something that affects you, but if all works good not desperately needed to update ;)

Yep I feel the same way.."if it ain't broke don't fix it". I have updated my drivers once since I've had my rmx and never had any issues. But then again I currently dont gig much right now.

Thank god for the update.. I was sh*t out of luck.. I have gone through 5 computer in the past 6 months as they cant take what Im throwing at them. I was in need and they got back to me the second it was up... keep on kicking butt...
