One issue with building a website is cross compatability. Does not work in IE 8 very well at all!
Posté Fri 23 May 14 @ 7:56 am
The team are aware of an issue with IE8:

If it's possible for you to use Firefox or Chrome instead, I'd suggest trying them out.

Please fix the mobile site view. The forum is useless like this. Same in Opera Mobile and Chrome.
No point updating the website and ruining something that worked perfectly before!

As stated by several already, it works great on most all mobiles ..
Even booted up a 7 year old iphone first gen just for fun, and renders it just fine ..
Not sure whats up with your android, if its just outdated, you disabled something, or not .. but will take a look at it ..

Here's what happens on an iPhone if the thread has videos or picture,

Doesn't matter if it's in landscape mode or not. Can someone look into this please??

Still not fixed. Come on Atomix, you can do better than this.....
Posté Thu 29 May 14 @ 10:26 am
Still not working. Can't Atomix hire someone professional to do a proper job?
Not a great outward impression of a company when simple things like this cant be fixed in good time.

Galaxy S5, Chrome, and it works fine here.

Even pages with videos and images embedded in portrait?
Posté Sun 08 Jun 14 @ 2:46 pm
Yes. If I knew how to get the image off of my phone, I would post a shot here. Believe me I tried.

Rick, thanks for checking. Chrome now works properly but the formatting of the page is weird.
Opera Mobile still has the problem above but the version I use is deprecated so I guess I will just use Chrome in future.
Thanks
Keith

Hi,
Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but whenever I login to the website from another computer, I get automatically logged out of the previous computer I was viewing it on.
Since I view the VirtualDJ website at both home and work, I'm finding myself logging in twice a day.
Anyone else getting this problem?

I'm logging in about 40 times a day and it's a PITA. Even a change of browser on the same machine logs you out. Crazy!
Posté Tue 10 Jun 14 @ 1:26 am
If you use a different browser - yes, of course. The session is held in a cookie and this is not exchanged between different browsers.
Posté Tue 10 Jun 14 @ 1:33 am
That's true, but I don't know why you have to log in with each new browser session. I can see why this is done with the software for security but can't see why this is a requirement for the forum?
None of the other forums I visit do this ......
