I've seen some prior topics asking for a master volume controller for all samples or a function to match sample volume to deck volume, but the problem I seem to be encountering is that some samples when recorded from a sample loop on one of the decks, play back at a very low volume in relation to their recording source while other samples from other tracks recorded in the same way come out at or close to the same volume. I've tried twiddling with the master volume, the gain, faders..even messing with the volume controller in the target slot in the samples window before recording or saving the new sample..all with these strange varying results.
So..can a .vdj sample file be edited for more volume/gain in some other piece of software, or is there a way to solve this problem within the VDJ software?
Again, thanks in advance.
