Sujet: equalizer

saw i 10 band equalizer for vdj 8 and downloaded it to check it out. How do you install it, how does it work?

10 & 30 Band for download - Scott's plugin's, so they will be top notch !
 
the one i downloaded is the 10 by SBDJ. The thing is I'm not saying that it doesn't work or that it is bad i want instructions on how to use it. Ive downloaded it but how do i get to see it in vdJ for e.g. Do i look for it under the effects drop down in vdj?
 
i assume its the same one that you are talking about because i didn't see any others. If it isn't could you let me know?
 
It is an effect. So you go to an effect slot to find it. You then click the little cog icon in the browser to open the GUI, the same as all effects work in v8.
 
Thats what i thought. the prob is i couldn't find it in the effects. I'm gonna do it again. first I'm gonna paste the download in the plugin folder like i would do a normal effect. then open vdj and look for it. also could you explain the cog and gui. Still a beginner.
 
K got the gui. Still trying to find the effect though

That's for settings ......... same as all the plugins for 8
 
The little symbol on the right side of the effect's name.

Like one of these cogs on google
