the DPC Latency Checker is saying:

Some device drivers on this machine behave bad and will probably
cause drop-outs in real time audio and/or video streams, to isolate
the misbehaving driver use device manager and disable/re-enable
various devices, one at at time. Try network and w-lan adapters,
Modems, internal sound devices, USB host controllers, ets.

Disables Broadcom 4313gn wifi adapter
Disabled Realtek pcle fe family controller
Disabled cyber link webcam virtual driver
Disabled hp webcam 101

CPU system is steady 49% to 55% while playing music and just standby

CPU system is steady at 80% to 93% when song is loading on a deck

Then drops back down to 49% to 55% when song is loaded on a deck

You should expect a peak when loading a file, that is not unusual.

for the CPU to be running at 50% idle, Suggests it may be time for an upgrade of a real sort out of what is on the machine.
