Sujet: some covers show, some don't.... ???

Hi

I use the lines:
< cover x="240" y="350" >
< size width="200" height="200"/ >
< /cover>

all my mp3 have covers embedded (id3?), and the weird thing is I can see 50% of the covers, but 50% I get a solid square with the artist / title
I'm searching through the forum, but I can't find an answer, what's wrong? why some work and some don't?
