Sujet: Pitch Control

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Am I missing something simple here ? on VDJ8 if I have a track in deck 1 with a pitch of say 90 and then I put another track in Deck 2 with a Pitch of 120 it automatically changes it to 90

Anyone know what is causing this ?

I think you mean BPM, not pitch!

You need to disable autoBPMMatch in config.
 
lol I can't believe I said pitch instead of BPM !! time for a rest I think !

Sounds like you have the 'autoBPMMatch' option set to 'always'.
If you set it to 'smart' (default) it will limit to +-10% pitch difference (or your set pitch range, whichever is lower), when you set it to 'off' it will not match automatically at all.
 
I'm having a problem with my pitch bend it keeps jump and changing on its on! Please help
 
please check if smartplay and/ or autoBPMMatch is set active
 
Hi there does anybody know how to lock 10 % pitch to stay at 10 and not going over 10 i just wanna mix song witch are compatible with 10% of pitch maximum 10% of pitch, in virtual dj 7 that was straight forward you change to 10% and it stays 10 at 10%
 
I just find it thanks to my self hahaha it's in options - auto pitch range i have put it no and that 's it
if anybody need this there you go !
