Sujet: does a subscriber license also give you VDJ 7.4?

The title really asked it all. I guess my only question is, If i become a subscriber but instead choose to run with VDL7.4 instead of the 8, would that still work with a subscriber license? I honestly don't want to run with 8 until all the bugs are worked out and i don't have 299 to drop on the infinity. any help?
ALSO will that license work with MAC and PC? i have the program on both of my computers.

Simple answer - NO. Subscriber is technically only possible with v8.

as far as i know you can only purchase the V8 Version.
in case you want to use it with a controller you have also the option to buy a controller licence which less than the pro infinity version.
or buy a controller with a bundled LE version of VDJ so you can get the pro version for a discountet price, but only until 15th of June.
If you have a licence, there will be a installer for pc and mac. you are allowed to use vdj running on 2 systems.
 
Buying Virtual DJ outright still gives the V7 download as an option in your account.
 
Sorry to correct this - but SUBSCRIBER license does not include a license of version 7 cause license means you can use it unlimited in time. As the SUBSCRIBER license means you pay monthly - you can only use version 8 cause in the other case you could subscribe, download v7 and cancel the subscription. This would still gives you a version 7 which is not the idea of it.

Yes what I meant was paying the $299.99 seems to do the trick :)?
 
so even if I subscribe I have to buy the controller mapping? I run VDJ with a NS6 now for NOTHING.
no offence to the product but its soo easy to get this program for free "hacked" with the mapping for the ns6.
if they want more people to go legit they should make it a little easier to purchase. I called and left a message on the voice mail interested in purchasing VDJ over a week ago and they have yet to get back to me, not to mention that their live chat is always off line. At this point I think ill just stick to my free version lol.

Not at all. A Pro License subscription allows you to use Virtual DJ 8 without limitation. You can use your NS6 or any other controller you wish for the length of your subscription. There is nothing else to purchase.

The subscription does however ONLY allow for use with VDJ8. It does not provide access to any previous versions of the software as these do not support the subscription purchase method.
 
oh,,,, ok. well i'll definitely check it out then. if it works well without any bugs then ill continue to use it. thanks for the help.
