Hi,
i suppose you mean content unlimited ?
as far as i know ....yes... this should work....you sould be able to transfer, but only able to playback when cu is active and you are logged in...

Easiest way I can see this working is transferring all your music from your old laptop to a USB stick or external hard drive then transferring it all to the same spot it was located on your new one.
If it's in C:\Users\???\Music\ then make sure it all goes back in that same spot but the name after user needs to be the same.
If I'm not mistaken your VDJ library won't miss a beat either
