in the master i can listen to the 2 tracks played and the crossfade is 100% on A
i have reset the factory settings and same problem.
i deleted my data and settings: problem resolved but i my data has been deleted!!!

I'm confused. You say you have VDJ Pro, but your profile says you are a home user. Please register your pro version, if you have it. You also say, "I deleted my data and settings, but my data has been deleted!!!". If you delete your data and settings, it get's..............deleted. I'm not sure why you would do that, to get your sound card working. What soundcard are you using? You may try to undo this, by going back to a restore point, if you set one.
