anyone using these with vdj.
when I do drivers ect like other players I use.if I map one player with script will second cdj autoimatically map the same ie ceu..play..set loops 4 8 16 ect

Yes, if you map one device, it will affect all the same units. Why would you want to have different assigned actions for the same units ?

i dont dj dad.but the cdjs are controlling different sides.
do i set them up seperate in some way.i only want them as midi not as my soundcards.
how do i set them up as deck 1 and 2 as midi like my denonhd2500

using the EJECT buttons, or the Deck Assignment field in CONTROLLERS tab of Config

I've used 400's for quite a while and they are great bang for buck as controllers. I use them to control specific decks or every deck in a 4 deck layout. They are pretty easy to configure as well.

djdad im still using 7,4
and im pairing cdjs with a djm 700 so selling my djm5000.take it still same asio drivers ect used for djm.
basically I just want to start vdj as usual and decks be assigned 1 and 2 like my controller now,
