Sujet: i'm confused - PRO subscriber license and controller

Hi there can someone help me i just purchased the pioneer ergo and i dont know what license to get in order to use my controller can someone help me please

The licence you have right now (subscriber) will work with that controller, just log in. If you want to drop your subscription then then you want a Ergo controller licence $99
 
so i just buy the virtual dj 8 plus controller by clicking on ddj ergo then it will simply work and i can start using it ??
 
Once you open v8, it will ask you to sign in. Once you do, it should activate the controller mapping for you.
 
it wont let me open v8 tho :/ ive downloaded it but it wont let me open it

so what shall i do then like basic steps for me to get going


 
Make sure the controller is plugged in before opening. Then, start VDJ. After that, you should be off to the races. It's really very easy.

I'm not 100% certain, I admit but, with a Pro subscription, you shouldn't need to.

You dont have to buy anything else, since you are already a PRO subscriber.
PRO versions have unlimited support for all controllers, including yours.

All you need to do is log in, when VirtualDJ starts up (pop up window), or should you not see this window, at "licenses" tab in the config/settings

 
if i bought a virtual dj8 pro licence would i be able to use my numark mixtrack pro 3 controller please help
 
Yes, and any other controller that you might buy in the future. You can even use two or more controllers at the same time.

A Pro (Infinity) license is as the name suggests, a one off purchase that lasts forever. Plus it can be used for professional DJing.

If on the other hand you are only using a Mixtrack at home then you could buy a Controller license.
