I'm having a problem with my channel gain control on my MC6000MK2, when I click on Automix and the tracks starts loading into deck 1 the gain in VDJ software turns all the way to the left even though the gain on the controller is at 12 a clock and hasn't moved.
I then try to bring it back to center using the controller gain knob and it becomes non responsive unless I turn the controller gain knob all the way to the left, then when I bring the knob back to center the actual gain is lower then normal for that particular setting.
After a couple of tracks continue to play and still in Automix the volume increases on its own.
I don't have issues with any other controls on the mixer which I've tried using when this happens, they all are responsive and working in the software...Only the gain has this issue.
Using version 1 mapper, VDJ 7.1.4, Win 7pro os..

Using VDJ 7.4.1 and 1280x1024 six deck skin.
