OK Here is my challenge. The station I broadcast on uses this program. Unfortunately, my old nellie laptop died. When I attempt to install this program and the settings on my newer Dell XPS I keep getting error messages that the password is not recognized, even though I am using the correct settings and the correct password and user name. So even to a non-techie like me it is clear there is something in conflict on the other laptop.
Anyone have any suggestions? The Station was at a loss to figure it out.
