I've just found 6 * 15" 700w wharfdale bass bins for £200 ($300/E256) on a local listing.
http://www.wharfedalepro.com/Home/Products/CLASSICPRODUCTS/LXLXESERIES/LX15BLX15BE/tabid/112/Default.aspx
I don't usually have £200 to throw around (her in doors doesn't let me) but at this price I think I can make my money back by selling a pair and have a net gain of 4 bass bins.
I'd be stupid to pass on this offer right?

Could be, but I've got the guys mobile number and home address, I'm going to look at lunch time (stick my ohmmeter across the coils). even if the drivers have been changed down and/or they're knackered there's still move value in the cabs/handles/speakon than the £33/unit list price.
The listing contained the magic phrase
"Reason for selling : I just need the space"

Well the offer wasn't quite as the listing made out, there are 2 wharfdale 15" subs the other 4 cabs are custom build (datable back to 96) full range with a 15" & 10" Fane classics (the 15" is 300w, I can't see the rating of the 10" either 100/200w ) and the tweeter is of the dome type.
There was a strong case of seller's remorse with this one. He tried all the methods to get more cash out of me,
(after me getting five of the six up the stairs and in the van! {a bit late mate!} )
I stayed firm "that was the price, that's all I have, I'm either taking this last speaker and going, or I'm putting it down and I'm leaving what's in the van on the street."
TBH I don't think he looked like he fancied moving speakers from the street.

You've still done OK out of it. Six cabs for £200 is pretty good.
