yes this is possible, but the Controller is already natively supportet in V8

im using vdj pro 6 right now with my Hercules rmx. my question is, if I buy vdj8, do I have to remove / uninstall vdj pro6? will vdj8 recognize my Hercules rmx after I download it?
my other question is, after I install vdj8 and use my rmx as a controller for a while & decided to buy pioneer ddj-sb to replace my rmx, do I have to download again vdj8 to recognize the ddj-sb or it will recognize it right away? pls note that im only buying the advanced home user ($99), not the pro infinity.
