Sujet Still no response after purchase

I made a purchase 36 hours ago and still no response to my ticket. (what a great first-hand experience)

I bought the Plus version of 7 ...but am still getting Trial notifications from my software version. More details in my Ticket.

Sorry for any circumstances, but please keep in Mind that some members of the support need somekind of break during the holidays too.
There is no Plus Version on VDJ 7 so i guess it must be V8 Plus Controller.
You Licence will apprear as Home Free first. You have to Login with your datas you use here on VDJ Site to verify your licence .
( 1st time online connection is required ).

What are your issues? Many times forum users can help. Generally a support ticket is the last place to ask, first ask on the forum and you should get a quicker reply, if your question is too technical for forum users to provide a solution then users will recommend opening a ticket, but we can help you hone your query.

Tickets usually take a few days for an answer, but this will be extended at this time of year due to volume of new user queries and staff getting a well deserved break.

Using serato timecode vinyl in virtual dj 8. And the error says it doesn't know that timecode? It worked fine in 7. Bought timecode license yesterday.

Please check under My Account/ My licenses in your VirtualDJ account if the license is correctly assinged to your account/ email adress

if so please check under settings/ license tab inside the virtualdj software if the license is displayed under " current licenses" too.
If not please revalidate by loggin out of the software and back in being online once

Yes tried that. Timecode license is shown. Still not working.

timecode type set to auto detect in the VDJ settings/ options ?

try to set options to factory default , relaunch VirtualDJ and try again please
