I just got it back from service and everything is good, but.....
The volume faders pulled all the way down still play music. I can see on screen the fader goes all the way down, but then it floats back up by itself. What the hell is going on?

Either, there is something in your custom mapping that forces Volumes back to 100% (Try the factory default mapping) or a Hardware fault (something went wrong in the Service).
You can try with MIDIOX or similar to see what kind of values does the fader send. Should be 00 when down and 7F when all the way up.
Btw, the issue is present only on a specific fader or all of them ?
