just wondering how I can play music from DJ to my mic so my friends can hear has to work on Skype and TeamSpeak thanks

One method:
Use two laptops, one for your Virtual DJ, the other for your Skype.
buy a USB input mixer like the Berhringer XENYX 302USB $50 new
You can input from the VDJ laptop or controller into the mixer, along with a microphone.
Hook up the mixer to some speakers for you, and the USB output to the Skype laptop.
On the Skype software, go into audio settings and select USB microphone or USB input, whichever pertains. Anything mixed through the mixer will translate to Skype.
