Sujet: Selecting multiple files

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I apologize if this has been answered already, I couldn't find it. Is there an easy way to select all files in search results? I want to batch write bpm and key tags. I have almost 4000 mp4 files that need tagging and to select them manually would take hours. Thank you for any help you can provide :)

windows?
ctrl + a

Ctrl+click adds to group
Click, then shift+Click highlights all entries between clicks.

Yes, Windows. Thank you so much! I knew it was something simple. It was driving me crazy :)

No worries, said clicking also works in windows generally, also you can use Ctrl+click to deselect selected items.

Does anyone know how to select multiple files in MAC OS system?

Thanks in advance.

Almost the same as on windows. Click one file, then shift+click the last file, or click one file, then CMD+click the other files you want to add to the selection. Or CMD+A to select all files.
