I just purchased content unlimited - the search works fine...but when I load it into a track it says "Error on Deck 1" or "Error on Deck 2". Any ideas? I can stream Live DJ songs fine.

Hi guys, I'm having te same problem here. Error on deck 1&2 when trying to load songs from Content Unlimited. I did not move any files. What is the fix? Help!

The issue has been reported before and fixed in builds after 2145.x
If you are receiving beta builds this is fixed. But I guess your not so you can either wait for the public release or go to settings, Options, Advanced then switch BetaBuilds on.

I can tell you have read most of the forum's on this issue, where members and staff say it's the person doing something wrong. Just so you know after hours spent on this issue, I finally contacted VDJ customer support, and they admit they know about the issue, but can't say how long they have known about it or when a fix will be issued. Which when your spending $50 on the Video subscription and $10 on their audio subscription is very annoying. If not fixed by the end of the month I will be cancelling, which is too bad because it could be a really great service and used to be what I said put them ahead of Serato.

I know that a large number of the issues turn out to be a new version needs to be installed, or people are actually trying to load net search files which are not verified files and the Content Unlimited provider is not responsible for. Quite a bit of the net search results come from YouTube. Copyright watchdogs look at sources like that and cancel the content.
It helps when troubleshooting, to list the exact files your trying to use, if they are CU or NetSearch, and what location you are in when doing the search. Content provided can be location specific. What is legal in one country or area might not be in another.
