I use the new mapping of the djm 750, but on my mixer i use channel 3-4 & 5-6
But on the software its channel 1-2 & 3-4 how can i do to make them correspond

Open VirtualDj config, click on Sound Icon on the left and choose channels 3&4 for deck 1, 5&6 for deck 2 and channels 1&2 for deck 3
Additionally you need to change the "INIT" action of mapper.
Open VirtualDj Config, click on "Controllers" icon and click on Pioneer DJM-70 on the list.
Locate the INIT key and change the last potion from mixer_order '1234' to mixer_order '3124'
