Hi everyone, any advice on the following would be really appreciated.

My trusty M-audio Fast Track Pro has stopped outputting any audio on channels 3+4 (tried various setups and can't get it to work)

I currently use it for Dj use with my Macbook Pro (2007) running osx
and for running Pro Tools Mpowered on my pc

Need to replace asap (next club night in 3 days). Main priority is audio quality at the club, similar features and pretty rugged.

I haven't looked around for this sort of thing in a while,
my problem is whether to get something that will still work with pro tools like the Avid Duo (anyone got any experience with this?) or just keep the two separate and get a good quality one for Dj use and something else. i think i can make do with my faulty Fast track pro (as that still works for my pro tools needs, just not for DJ use)

I have had great success with playback and recording on my Native Instruments Audio 6. Mine was used in a Traktor Scratch Duo package. Because all of the timecode discs were still in the package, I was even able to transfer the license.
The sound quality is great. If I need to record something that needs mic preamps, I put a mixer before it. If I am recording something more indepth I use my Tascam US-1800

I use either my Focusrite Scarlett 18i8, or my Behringer FCA610 audio interface.
Both are workhorse units with aluminum housings and great sound.
