I know in vdj7 you could do this !but in vdj 8 I don't know ,anybody knows ?

Its pretty much the same procedure as described here... http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/EffectsOnMic.html
1. Add Microphone (mic) line to your audio configuration.
Example.
2. Use a spare deck to route microphone. You will probably need a 4 (or more) decks skin and a button (custom or keyboard) assigned as ..
deck x linein 'mic'
where x is the deck you wish to "sacrifice" for your Mic input.
3. Enable the Mic Input using that button and choose whatever Effects you wish to apply on the Mic Deck.
Note ! The above apply only to Microphone Inputs offered from an audio interface and not to controllers that offer Hardware Microphone Inputs.
