I recently bought a Toshiba 1000Gb internal HDD for £43, which I then fitted in my laptop. The left over old 320Gb HDD I then put in a £5 USB case. That was a win, win scenario which cost less than a bargain PCworld external HDD at @ £49.
Internal HDD are vastly superior to their external cousins.

As for internal HD's being superior, that's BS because you can use the same drives for either, come on Ron, really??
