If you're referring to rented/subscription tracks which you downloaded for offline playback, then no they cannot be played in VDJ 8 because they are DRM protected.
VDJ has its own subscription music service called Content Unlimited, which is legally licensed for DJ use. Amazon Prime would not be licensed for pro/commercial use.
