hi a bought a used numark iDJ3 of Craigslist it came with your virtual DJ software. When I installed the program on my pc it recommended to update to the latest version, so I did.. And now it's asking me for serial number that I don't have. Can I get some help?

Unfortunately you purchased an item in a "used condition" more than likely the previous owner will have registered that serial number, thus invalidating future use of that serial number to any other third party who may purchase his copy.
Try going back to the seller and see if in fact he did register the serial number, if he didn't you are in luck, if he did you may have to shell out more money I'm afraid.
