Same problem with my Denon MCX8000 After few hours (sometimes minutes...) The sound crackling...

Asio4all is not a real audio driver - it presents an ASIO driver to audio applications but uses the underlying audio driver. Latency is not improved and there is no good reason that I am aware of to use it with VDJ.
Have you tried WASAPI without ASIO4ALL? From your post I’d say no.
Also, have you tried other recommendations such as reading the post right above yours?

You can try uninstalling and re-installing the driver for that soundcard. Windows updates may have created changed to your audio setup. It once worked for me after struggling with this problem for months.

I have the same issue..I have an old mixtrac pro....works good no crackling/ popping...when I use my mixtrac pro mt3...then popping/crackling....very irritating!!
