New to DJ and was wondering if I could get some advise. I have a Numark N4 but having problems with it. So was thinking of getting either a Numark TT1625 or Eplison 1300 pak to build a DVS system. Any idea what which one would be good and able to work with VDJ pro

Which version of VDJ Pro .... 7 or 8?
Not all controllers are supported in version 7.

Well there's no way of buying 7 without buying 8, so he's covered. :-)

By his comments I was assuming he already has a version of VDJ Pro, so with only a LE licence it won't be version 8.

New to all of this but have pretty much gotten the mixing of a to b decks. My question is how to hook up or how to be able to hear in preview the next song on a or b side before going to it . I am connected to my ear phone to a Mackie mixer. with a 1/8th inch plug and connecting into the Mackie with 1/4 inch plug. just not sure how to listen to next song before playing. Thanks for your help.

Check out the wiki pages (under the Community heading above). There's lots of info about how to set things up, including headphone cueing.
