Twice, I've submitted tickets to support regarding an issue I'm having within VDJ. I promptly get an answer, asking for more info, but it's from a "no-reply" email address to which I cannot reply!
How then can I keep a discussion going with support if I cannot reply to their questions?

Why am I getting charged twice for content unlimited?
 

There's only a record of a charge for October and November against your account. Perhaps you have multiple accounts.

In any case, contacting support is your best course of action.
 

i have 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 Macbook pro Version 10.10.5 and bought DDJ WEGO3. Its been 4days i am trying hard but my mac is not detecting or mapping with VDJ software. I have tried Audio MINI studio and it shows there but still controller is dead. Its working with desktop which runs Windows 10.
Can anyone please help please ???
