Previously ran all my songs through MIK. Recently ran songs through MP3 Gain. Now, I am noticing that the bmp of several songs previously ran through MIK are showing up differently in VDJ. Previoulsy they matched MIK. Has anyone experienced this? Can anyone advise what might be going on?

VDJ always scans and sets it own bpm even if the files went through MIK before seeing VDJ
if you set UseKeyFromTag to yes it will use the keys but not the bpm values
at least this has been my experience from the start with vdj8.
