Can someone post the mcx8000 addon? I need the full midi command list for mc7000 - which is basically the same as mcx8000 minus the screens so that might work.

With Serato and the Engine software, you can put your music on usb and use the controller standalone.
But I guess that it's not possible when you use only virtual dj, or is there a workaround ?

Standalone mode is only supported by Engine 1.5, not Serato.
It is a completely separate interface on the controller. Both VDJ and Serato operate in midi mode.
