Sujet Controller not connected - strange signs

Hi!

Now my question is in a right place.

I have question. I have also a picture. Virtual DJ 8 shows that Mixtrack Pro 3 is connected (lights are on but buttons dont work in Audio section). In controller section I cant see my controller, only a strange symbol (in picture). I have Mac.

Can someone tell whats the problem?

Is the /Documents/VirtualDJ/Devices folder empty ?

Can you post a screenshot of the Midi Studio ? (Applications-->Utilities->audio Midi Setup .. then from the Top menu choose.. Window->show Midi Studio)

Did you try a different USB port/USB cable ?

Hi!

Yes, the folder is empty. Also I tryed different USB ports but with the same cable. But I havent changed the cable and I think thats not the issue because same cable is workgin with Mixtrack Pro II.

Thank you for the comment because of that I now found whats wrong and everything is workin now! :)

MIDI setup was wrong :)
