VirtualDJ - Vdj folder problems (fr)

Hey everyone, i'm starting off by saying how mad and outraged i feel because of the support I got with Jim with vdj today. I got in touch with support because for the last month vdj everyday would reopen and not showing my history and also missing in the play count, bpm, bit rate and others. so jim told me my folders were very cluttered and I get that i have a lot of work ahead of me and i will fix my music folders and it will get done, but this is what i was told to do. with in vdj start deleting folders that do not have anything to do with music or video files and i did just that go it a folder in vdj if it didn't have anything to do with music or video files to delete it so i did just that so i went into the browser and clicked on a folder that had nothing to do with vdj stuff and highlited it then clicked on file operation and went to delete and just kept on clicking every folder i didn't see music and videos files in it.went to delete and now before i really noticed what was happening all of the folders with in vdj are empty and i went into the trash and tried undelted everything i did but it did work . so does anyone know or is there a way to get all this info back and can not even tell you how upset i am and how short and unexplained jim was to me he knew i was not sure all the things he was telling me and he just pointed at a folder told me to to in the folder and if it didnt have any thing to do with music and video i would need to delete it. . so is ther anyway to get all my folder dadt back.
