I am some issues with VDJ and is trying to contact for help and live chat never seem to work and no respond from the ticketing system, plus i cant seem to find a number for tech support?

Any info on this

I don't think a phone no exists. It's all web based

I've never tried the chat, but normally I've gotten replies on tickets within a couple of days

But I find that the fastest place to get help is normally these forums or the FB page
