Hello looking for some thoughts. I have an American audio vms2 that I was using to run my stanton str8150's. Worked fine for several weeks with no problems. For some reason when I turned it on the other night none of the buttons would light up. Its also weird that even when I turn the power switch to off the red light on the power switch stays on. The functions of the controller still work just no lights. I running vdj8 and Windows 10. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

VMS2 can operate as MIDI even without connected to the power adaptor, meaning that the unit is USB powered as well.
Can you also test on another computer ? Could be a hardware fault so most likely you need to contact with American Audio
