Unfortunately, you cant change your name once set. You would have to create a new account to do that. Its a pain that you cant change your name on here.

If that is indeed what he's asking, then yes you can change it - from what he has.
Those "userxxxxxxx" names are auto generated, and so can be changed by the user (and it then becomes locked).
That's my understanding of it anyway....
