Sujet Strange symbols on popup windows

Last week all of a sudden I started getting this strange microphone symbol and refresh symbol on all pop up windows in VDJ. I can't actually click them, anyone have any idea what these are? is it VDJ or windows? I am on windows 10 btw ansd lastest public build of VDJ.

A setting in the nvidia drivers i believe
