It looks like Numark just announced a NS6-II

The original NS6 was one of the best controllers at the time for Virtual DJ
But I'm not sure about this one. I don't see how it brings anything new that isn't already available on a lot of other controllers...

Well IMO it doesn't need to have anything that's unique in order to be a worthwhile product.
It's the first Numark controller to have two USB ports (for two computers). That will appeal to people, I'm sure.

I enjoy my NS6 and if I were in the market for a new controller I'd definitely consider the NS6ii. Is sexy, with many of the latest bells and whistles. And looks like they put the included software provider label on the DJ facing side, so you don't have to advertise for the competition. (Assuming you're a VDJ loyalist.)
Of course I'd want to test drive comparable Pioneer and Denon gear, but seems like a solid offering.

I currently own a NS6 and I still think this is a great controller, although it's obviously a bit dated now. This controller looks great but in my opinion it should have been released a few years ago as a direct rival the ddj sx. As Klaus mentioned this brings nothing new to the table, but then again I'm not sure what other features could be added to controllers now.

It has all the features that the original NS6 needs. I have the NS6 and I wish it was this.
