Do the other MIDI buttons (1/2/SYNC) on the 10MXR work properly ?
Do the PLAY/CUE buttons on the skin play/cue the decks ?
Do the PLAY/CUE buttons of the 10MXR appear in the Key Learn (Right box under the Info button in Settings->Controllers tab) when the 10MXR is selected and press those buttons ?

So there is a generic issue with MIDI in general with the unit.. i suppose not even the Volume/EQ faders of the unit move the ones on the skin, right ?
If that is so, you will need to see if there is hardware issue, so try the following..
- Check Windows Device Manager, see if there is any yellow triangle (or other mark) on the MXR unit
- Try a different USB port and/or a different USB cable
- Try a different computer.
- Use Miditrace or MIDIOX to see if the buttons/faders of the unit send any data
Finally contact American Audio support for a possible replacement/fix.
