I currently pay monthly for vdj. I lost my job and need to cancel. How do i do this?

Doesn't appear you are paying anything on this account.
You can cancel it yourself if you log in using the correct user ID. Then visit the "Buy" tab above.
Goto which ever subscription you have and you will see a cancel button.
Press this and you will not be billed further and you will still be able to use the service until the date shown arrives.
