Back in 2014 "VirtualDJ 8 now offers the ability to download and play karaoke lyrics for audio and video files". is this gone now

Hi,
When I click overlay lyrics, netsearch begins but nothing is found.
Tried many tracks, video and audio, mp3, mp4, wav.
No joy...
Any ideas?

Try something really well known. Maybe your choices are too specialist.

Lyrics auto download doesnt work anymore. You have to download them manually.

Uses online lyrics search, might not always give results.
But you can just copy paste from a lyrics side, into the Video Editor in VirtualDJ.
And by that have the lyrics spread out evenly in the song.. Little bit of drag to correct spot after that, but perhaps worth it
