I bought temp license but I have been tryinh to sign in but it wont let me... my account wont let me access virtual dj... keeps asking for license number or code but I did not get one in activation email... now my numark controllers are locked and I can't use them.. Help please.

There is no serial no in VDJ. You simply sign into it using the same credentials you used to buy the license
If VDJ then can"t connect to the server to validate, and you get an error saying so, it's usually because an earlier cracked version has blocked server access in the network setup. Another option is a block in a firewall/anti-virus software on the laptop
