I just bought a new computer to run my Virtual DJ I downloaded my license to my new computer. But now everytime I use my different Sampler's the sound only comes from my computer speakers.......not my other speakers........everything else works good except the Sampler's....

Configurations, options, sampleOutputDeck, set to 0 for sample to come out of master.

Unless you have a "sampler" line in your Audio Setup in VirtualDJ , sampler should go to whatever sound card / channel you have for the "Master" line.
By default, Sampler will go through Headphones as well. You can mute Sampler from Headphones with the setting SamplerHeadphones to No
