As you know the NVii is a serato machine. How ever I want to use Virtual DJ and still have the same midi settings as Serato for all of the controls. Is there a one shot way to load this, if so where do I get it. Or is there a guide on how to do it? Thank you in advance!!!

The NVii is already natively supported in VDJ - mapping is built in. Plug & Play.
Or are you saying that you want to change parts of the native mapping? You can do that, but you need to specify which things are different in Serato.

It may be natively supported, but in my case many of the buttons some buttons do not work correctly (fx, a b buttons for effects) and colors are different on my hot pads. I like virtual better over all but the set up on serato works better for me and the controller. So if there is a whole map that will change this that would be best.. other than that a guide would be great. So yes changing the mapping would work.

They do work correctly - for Virtual DJ. They might work differently, but they're not incorrect.
What you have to bear in mind is that Virtual DJ and Serato DJ are two different programs. They don't work in identical ways.
Many things in VDJ are simply not possible in SDJ, and a few things in SDJ are not possible in VDJ.
I suggest you study the manuals for both VDJ and SDJ, and hopefully you'll realise why things don't match exactly.

Let's approach the other way.
You tell me the button, what it does in vdj and what it does in serato.

in sarato the a and b buttons turn on or off the effects for that channel in virtual they don't to anything.

vdj doesn't limit you with fx as others do, using the a&b buttons with vdj to mimic serato would be a step backwards.
Vdj doesn't even have a & b banks (it doesn't need them)
You could put this on button a
effect_active 1 & effect_active 2 & effect_active 3
But you could do soooo much more, my controller has a&b and i repurposed them to deck select & kill all fx, HW shift clones the deck (for a on deck 1 clones to deck 3, b clones to deck 2) SW shift to make the deck the left deck or right deck (so i can run 4 decks on a 2 deck skin)
Vdj gives you space to be creative with what button does what,
Sit and think, I've got a button spare what would i like it to do? Sticking with standard mapping is really basic.
